John Opdahl has 36 years of industry experience. John has worked in restaurants in the kitchen and the front of house. After serving as Kitchen Manager at Geppetto’s Restaurant in Bethesda, MD, John began his career in food service distribution as a Territory Manager for SYSCO Baltimore. He then moved into sales management, serving as a District Manager at US Foods Baltimore. After 3 years as a District Manager and 3 years as a Regional Sales Manager, he became Vice President of Sales. John served in that role for 11 years before starting Restaurant Consulting Inc.
